Things to do in Wheatland

Palmer Canyon Road
Head west out of Wheatland to enjoy this all-day loop drive through farm fields and open plains. Once in the hills, the pavement ends, so you may want to plan your trip in the dry season.

Sybille Wildlife Research Center
Located 30 miles southwest of Wheatland on State Highway 34, this facility houses elk, mule and white-tailed deer, bighorn sheep and black-footed ferrets. Call 307-322-2784 for more information.
